Call 765-497-3141, provide your name, phone, and email so that your appointment may be confirmed. Plan to drop your cat off at Crystal Creek Kennels in an appropriate sized hard plastic carrier with your name on it and newspapers lining the carrier. NO large dog crates. NO soft sided carriers. NO cardboard boxes. One cat per carrier. Place your cat in a carrier for its protection and to prevent escape. Cash only payment is due at check-in and no other services are offered during this event.

Low Cost Shot Clinics
Low cost vaccinations are available every Wednesday from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Pet Supplies Plus, 311 Sagamore Pkwy by Home Depot Hwy 52 and 26, Lafayette, IN. It is only $50 for a five-way dog vaccination + rabies or a three-way cat vaccination + rabies. No appointment necessary.
